Shipping Policy

We ship MED BASE365 products to customers across Canada and the United States. Here's what you can expect when you place an order with us.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping times

We work with global fulfillment partners to ship orders from warehouses in North America and Asia, depending on product availability:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United States: 7–15 business days

Some items shipping from international warehouses may take up to 20 business days during peak seasons. We'll always provide tracking so you can follow your order's journey.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. Free shipping on all orders over $75 CAD.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays and lost packages

Most delays are caused by customs processing or carrier disruptions, both of which are outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at medbase365@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll either resend the order or issue a full refund.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
