Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at MED BASE365.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Supplements, gummies, and ingestible products
  • Personal care items (toothbrushes, miswak, hair tools that have touched skin)
  • Skincare products with broken seals
  • Used therapy devices and intimate-use products

If an ingestible or personal-care product arrives damaged, defective, or expired, we will replace or refund it — see "Damaged or defective items" below.

Change-of-mind returns

If you simply change your mind, you may return eligible items for a refund minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at medbase365@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We'll cover the cost of return shipping (if needed) and either resend the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice.

How to start a return

  1. Email medbase365@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for return
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an address

Please do not ship items back before receiving return instructions. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank or credit card processing times may add a few additional days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order.
